INGREDIENTES
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 glass extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon peel
  • a cinnamon stick
  •  salt
  • 3/4 flour, that is to say about 750 gr
  • sugar to smear

 

ELABORACIÓN

Pour the olive oil in the pan with a cinnamon stick and the lemon peel and sauté.

Heat the olive oil, remove the cinnamon and the lemon.

In a large bowl add the wine, a little flour, a pinch salt and the oil.

Mix and add flour slowly until obtain a homogeneous smooth dough that does not stick to your fingers.

Make with your hands small balls and stretch them with the roller (the thinner the better).

Join one side to the other, pressing a little with your fingers so that it does not open when frying.

Fry in plenty very hot extra virgin olive oil until golden brown.

Place kitchen paper on the plate so that it absorbs the excess oil, then smear them with sugar and enjoy them.
