Crumbs with avios

  • ½ kg loaf bread
  • 1 piece bacon
  • 4 pork sausages
  • 2 or 3 green bell peppers
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • half a glass water
  • Salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil, half a glass

Take the bread and crumb it with your hands. Clean the bacon and cut it into pieces, cut the pork sausage.

In a casserole or frying pan, add the extra virgin olive oil and add the bacon and pork sausage.

When they get brown, take them out and place aside.

Add the chopped peppers in the oil, when they are ready remove and place aside.

Pour the unpeeled garlic in the pan, when is golden brown, add the bread and moisten it with the salted water.

Crumbs are moist, but not soggy. Keep sautéing them for about 20 or 30 minutes, until the bread loosens and gets brown.

Add all the ingredients placed aside: the peppers, the pork sausage ​​and the bacon. Mix together and leave for a couple more minutes. The crumbs are ready.
